As a Junior Corporate Lawyer, you will handle a range of duties, including drafting, reviewing, and preparing corporate and commercial legal documentation, and assisting with company incorporations, restructurings, and corporate administration matters. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Law, who are members of the Cyprus Bar Association. You will ideally possess exposure to corporate and/or commercial law, with sound knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law (Cap. 113) and corporate procedures. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th salary.
