The main responsibilities of the position include:
Assist in the end-to-end execution of marketing projects such as educational seminars, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
Coordinate multilingual webinars and related activities across regions, including updating event pages with accurate details and performing associated tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy
Assist team members in ongoing projects and keep them informed on progress, and ensures deadlines are met
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Design, and Content Marketing departments to define project requirements and ensure smooth project flow
Utilise project management tools (e.g., Jira, Content Management Systems) to track progress, manage tasks, and report
Utilise AI tool, to support daily operational tasks, improve workflow efficiency, and assist in tracking tasks
Main requirements:
BSc in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field
Up to 1 year of experience in a project coordination role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn
Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Interest in or experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance project tracking and operational efficiency
