CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading real estate development and construction company with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Construction Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing day-to-day construction activities onsite, ensuring that every phase of the project is executed according to approved architectural and engineering plans. This role requires strong technical understanding of construction drawings, coordination between engineers and subcontractors, and close supervision of site execution. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Civil Engineering, or another closely related field, who possess 5+ years of experience managing or supervising building construction projects. You will need to have strong ability to read, understand, and execute architectural and engineering drawings, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English.
