Tartufo Family is expanding, and we are looking for a assistant pastry chef to join our growing team in Limassol.
We are developing several new projects within our group, and we need a talented and motivated person who can prepare desserts, gelato, and baked goods with passion and precision.

Responsibilities:
• Preparation of desserts, gelato, cakes, and pastries according to brand standards
• Participation in creating and testing new recipes for upcoming projects
• Maintaining high product quality, freshness, and presentation
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the pastry area
• Collaboration with the kitchen and service teams

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a assistant pastry chef or Confectioner
• Good knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and gelato production
• Responsibility, creativity, and attention to detail
• Basic English for communication

We offer:
• Salary: €10/hour
