{"id":8218,"title":"Pafilia - Office Engineer","company":"Pafilia Property Developers Ltd","location":"Paphos","description":"<p>Pafilia Property Developers Ltd is seeking to recruit an <strong>Office Engineer.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Minthis, Paphos</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>· Calculate quantities &amp; prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications quantities &amp; price</p><p>· Issue tender documents and invitations tenders to potentials suppliers</p><p>· Forwarding orders to suppliers, monitoring and expediting orders</p><p>· Keep information accessible by sorting &amp; filling documents</p><p>· Build &amp; maintain good relation with existing &amp; new supplies</p><p>· Monitor site deliveries in terms of compatibility of deliveries with PO specs.</p><p>· Review deliveries against the orders</p><p>· Track the status of any order</p><p>· Keep constant check on stock levels</p><p>· Research of new materials for design &amp; cost saving</p><p>· Allocate codes in all invoices</p><ul><li>Prepare quotations for the clients</li><li>Search for materials &amp; get quotations from suppliers/subcontractors regarding client’s requests</li><li>Prepare presentations for finishes &amp; extras for the clients</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Necessary Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>University degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor or any other related field of studies</li><li>Accredited Member of ETEK</li><li>Work experience in construction industry is a plus</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English language both in oral and written</li><li>Excellent computer skills, MS Office, Internet and Outlook Express</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Are you a passionate, organised and structured person seeking for a new challenge?
