We're seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our beekeeping center in Solea valley, Troodos Mountains. The center offers workshops, research collaborations, and promotes bee conservation. The ideal candidate will drive marketing, sales, and outreach efforts.
- Manage daily operations, staff, and facilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to boost international sales of bee products
- Host workshops, tours, and events for visitors
- Develop and organize honey tasting sessions and product experiences for visitors
- Design and deliver educational programs and guided visits for schools and youth groups
- Manage and grow the center’s online presence, including website and e-commerce channels
- Build partnerships with tour operators, schools, universities, and environmental organizations
- Create eco-tourism experiences aligned with sustainability and conservation values
- Identify and develop new revenue streams (experiences, sponsorships)
- Represent the center at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or tourism management
- Proven track record in digital marketing and international sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in English; Greek and/or other languages a plus
Nice to Have:
- Experience with event management and tourism promotion
- Knowledge of Cyprus's tourism industry and regulations
- Connections in the beekeeping or eco-tourism sectors
