At Ergo Home Group, we are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Assistant to support our growing team and help keep our systems running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on IT support, troubleshooting, and working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Main Responsibilities
• Install, operate, and maintain computer systems across the organization
• Configure and support hardware and software, including printers, routers, and other IT equipment
• Set up computers and peripherals for users across the business
• Provide day-to-day help desk support by responding to calls and emails related to IT and communication systems
• Liaise with external vendors in cases of network issues or other technical failures
Requirements
• Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT Support role
• Genuine interest in technology, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English, written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
