The successful candidate will be a&nbsp;<strong>Chartered or Certified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)</strong>&nbsp;with strong analytical, reporting and interpersonal skills.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports</li><li>Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts/budgets</li><li>Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status</li><li>Perform financial modelling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making</li><li>Identify trends, advise company, and recommend actions based on sound analysis</li><li>Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, bankers, the wider finance team and other teams of the company, to streamline reporting and financial processes.</li><li>Design and implement monitoring solutions</li><li>Be the key point of contact of banks, including provision of quarterly reporting to them</li><li>Collaborate with the wider team to aid the implementation of Business Intelligence software</li><li>Work on special projects and ad-hoc assignments</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Necessary Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Chartered or Certified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial analysis, business advisory, or within a Big Four accounting firm.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and financial software is an advantage.</li><li>Solid understanding of IFRS, financial regulations, and corporate finance ","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6960052/Pafilia%20Property%20Developers%20Ltd/Financial%20Analyst","source":"ergodotisi","sources":[{"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6960052/Pafilia%20Property%20Developers%20Ltd/Financial%20Analyst","source":"ergodotisi"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"datePosted":"2026-03-23T10:31:02.714Z","deadline":null,"createdAt":"2026-04-03T11:30:13.754Z","fingerprint":"1835bd33735c6f0c","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-04-03T11:30:13.738Z"}
