For one of our brands we are looking for a hands-on Senior Affiliate & Traffic Manager to drive paid traffic growth for our online dating platform. This role is all about buying, testing, optimizing, and scaling traffic, not “account babysitting” or chasing invoices. You’ll make fast, data-driven decisions to maximize performance and profitability across CPL, CPS, and RevShare campaigns.
If you’ve worked in dating, adult, iGaming, Forex, Crypto, or other high-volume performance verticals, you’ll feel right at home. What matters most is your ability to analyze traffic, understand ROI, and scale what works.
