Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant units, ensuring adherence to brand standards, food safety protocols, and exceptional customer service. Conduct regular and surprise store visits to monitor performance and compliance.</li><li>Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Restaurant General Managers, Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Members. Provide performance feedback, conduct evaluations, and support career development planning.</li><li>Monitor sales, labour, inventory, and controllable expenses. Collaborate with RGMs to meet margin targets and implement cost-control strategies. Review store-level financials and guide RGMs on improving profitability.</li><li>Work closely with the HR team to forecast staffing needs, support recruitment, and promote a positive, fair, and compliant work environment.
