This role combines both&nbsp;<strong>remote and on-site support</strong>, ensuring our clients’ systems, networks, and cloud environments operate efficiently and securely.</p><p>You will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support while contributing to the implementation and maintenance of modern IT and cybersecurity solutions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide&nbsp;<strong>timely and professional technical support</strong>&nbsp;to clients (remote &amp; on-site)</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain:<ul><li>Windows operating systems</li><li>End-user devices (PCs, laptops) and servers</li><li>Microsoft 365 environments</li></ul></li><li>Support and manage core infrastructure, including:<ul><li>Active Directory &amp;&nbsp;<strong>Microsoft Entra ID</strong></li><li>Network and firewall systems</li></ul></li><li>Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure&nbsp;<strong>maximum uptime</strong></li><li>Assist in the deployment and optimization of IT and security solutions</li><li>Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners, delivering clear and effective technical guidance</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in&nbsp;<strong>Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of:<ul><li>Windows environments</li><li>Microsoft 365</li><li>Active Directory</li><li>DNS / DHCP</li></ul></li><li>Basic understanding of&nbsp;<stron","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/companies/1451332/Guardbyte%20ltd/jobs","source":"ergodotisi","sources":[{"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/companies/1451332/Guardbyte%20ltd/jobs","source":"ergodotisi"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"datePosted":"2026-03-22T14:58:33.253Z","deadline":null,"createdAt":"2026-03-22T15:41:57.935Z","fingerprint":"f467c3bdd7f2977f","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-04-03T11:30:07.980Z"}
