Phoenicia Fereos Cyprus Limited, a distributor of premium tobacco brands including Habanos SA, Imperial Brands and British American Tobacco, is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to oversee HR operations and employee relations on a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.

Your Role:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding and employee exit processes.
Oversee HR policies while maintaining positive employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and GDPR regulations.
Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.
Manage disciplinary procedures and support staff welfare.
We Are Looking For:
Degree in related field.
Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and HR systems is an advantage.
