The role requires direct interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer experience. This position also plays a key role in identifying stock needs and supporting the procurement process.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Receive and respond to requests for quote (RFQ) for passive equipment sales.</li><li>Obtain supplier prices, prepare quotes, and liaise with customers.</li><li>Coordinate and obtain freight quotations and align with customer preferences.</li><li>Generate proformas, invoices, packing lists, and internal documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with the Logistics &amp; Inventory Officer for final shipment.</li><li>Monitor stock availability and propose minimum stock levels for approval.</li><li>Raise purchase requests in coordination with Senior Business Services Officer.</li><li>Maintain updated records in relevant internal systems.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, ISS, and Finance teams to ensure alignment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of the English Language.</li><li>Good communication skills (written and oral).</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office.</li><li>Computer literacy.</li><li>Excellent problem","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/companies/1438335/Tototheo%20Global/jobs","source":"ergodotisi","sources":[{"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/companies/1438335/Tototheo%20Global/jobs","source":"ergodotisi"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"datePosted":"2026-03-22T14:58:32.868Z","deadline":null,"createdAt":"2026-03-22T15:41:49.422Z","fingerprint":"65a826da00e15bba","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-04-03T11:31:12.257Z"}
