Civil Engineer (Estimating Department)

What will this role look like.
· Review project drawings, bills of quantities, and technical documentation to fully understand project scope
· Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender packages for construction projects
· Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
· Analyze and compare offers to support accurate project costing and decision-making
· Collaborate closely with internal teams (QS, Procurement, Planning, Construction) to ensure aligned and competitive submissions
· Prepare cost estimates for project variations and change orders
· Monitor and update project budgets using tools like Procore

Must-Have Skills:
· Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
· 2–5 years of professional experience
· Member of ETEK
· Strong command of Greek and English (written & spoken)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
