We are looking for a Treasury Officer who will be responsible for overseeing the company’s daily liquidity management. This includes ensuring accurate reconciliation, maintaining optimal funding levels, and safeguarding the financial stability of the company’s operations.
This role is essential in managing counterparty risk, optimizing payment flows, and supporting business growth through effective treasury controls and strategic planning.
Requirements
* 3+ years in Treasury, Finance, or Payments within a financial institution.
* Strong understanding of PSPs, banking flows, settlements, and reconciliation.
* Hands-on experience in cashflow planning and liquidity management.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
* Excellent English and Russian (written & spoken).
* Proficient with Excel
Responsibilities
* Monitor and reconcile PSP and bank balances.
* Initiate and process settlements and other treasury transactions.
* Prepare treasury reports for management.
* Manage funds liquidity and ensure uninterrupted operational flows.
* Monitor and escalate liquidity shortages or funding bottlenecks.
* Implement thresholds, alerts, and operational limits for liquidity and payment flows.
* Implement and maintain ongoing payment flow forecasts.
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard new PSPs and banks to support business growth.
* Manage ongoing relationships with PSPs and banks.
