The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client funds through daily and monthly reconciliations, supporting financial and regulatory reporting, and proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of client funds, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.</li><li>Maintain daily balance reports across bank accounts and PSPs, monitoring transfers and settlements.</li><li>Reconcile trading activity, including trade confirmations, settlements, and payments.</li><li>Analyze reconciliation data and produce reports on discrepancies, including revenue-related reporting.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on client balances and company performance.</li><li>Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues promptly by liaising with internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Recalculate equity and revenue cycles to ensure data accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Conduct fee analysis of service providers (by region, provider, transaction type, etc.) to support business decisions.</li><li>Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance controls and workflows.</li><li>Assist in system implementations and process automation initiatives.</li><li>Support the preparation of regulatory reports requiring reconciliation data.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and financial issues.</li><li>Provide support to Finance and Operations teams on ad-hoc tasks and projects.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.</li><li>2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services or fintech.</li><li>Advanced kno","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6959556/In2Markets%20LTD/Reconciliation%20Officer%20","source":"ergodotisi","sources":[{"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6959556/In2Markets%20LTD/Reconciliation%20Officer%20","source":"ergodotisi"},{"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6959556/in2markets-ltd/reconciliation-officer","source":"ergodotisi"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"datePosted":"2026-03-22T12:28:25.175Z","deadline":null,"createdAt":"2026-03-22T12:45:48.378Z","fingerprint":"1eaa737707f2b734","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-04-03T11:32:54.259Z"}
