You will have a unique opportunity to work in a professional yet friendly and supportive environment and be part of a team providing services to large and medium-sized local and international clients in a wide range of business sectors.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Reviewing tax compliance work for a wide portfolio of clients (tax computations, assessment of areas of tax risks, preparation of tax position schedules)</li><li>Renew of tax returns for individuals and companies</li><li>Identify and present direct tax opportunities and risks according to tax legislation, common practice, and double tax treaties</li><li>Dealing with tax enquiries and investigations</li><li>Represent clients in tax examinations and be actively involved in the closing of tax affairs during liquidations, strike offs and reorganizations</li><li>Prepare and/or assist with the preparation of Transfer Pricing studies for clients, in compliance with Law and Regulations and relevant OECD Guidelines</li><li>Preparation of tax ruling requests</li><li><p>Preparation of DAC-6 reports</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><strong>ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Holder of a degree from a reputable University with a background in law, taxation, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field</li><li>Qualified ACA or ACCA</li><li>3-4 years of relevant experience in the tax practice of an audit firm or related consultancy/advisory firm.</li><li>Holder of ADIT or similar professional qualification would be considered an advantage</li><li>VAT knowledge will be considered an advantage</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Tax Law</li><li>Knowledge of EU tax directives and international tax developments</li><li>Experience in TP","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6959557/HLB%20Cyprus%20Ltd/Tax%20Assistant%20Managers","source":"ergodotisi","sources":[{"url":"https://ergodotisi.com/en-CY/jobs/6959557/HLB%20Cyprus%20Ltd/Tax%20Assistant%20Managers","source":"ergodotisi"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"datePosted":"2026-03-22T12:28:25.167Z","deadline":null,"createdAt":"2026-03-22T12:45:48.201Z","fingerprint":"f978ea24067f9127","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-04-03T11:32:53.807Z"}
