This role is responsible for leading the procurement function, including sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for construction and real estate projects. Daily tasks include managing the end-to-end procurement process, preparing and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms and pricing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Manager of Procurement will monitor supplier performance, analyze procurement data, optimize cost and quality, and collaborate closely with project management, finance, and operations teams to support timely project delivery.
