You will lead a team that produces the numbers, while you own their accuracy, the controls behind them, how they are reported, and how Finance partners with the rest of the business.\n\r\nResponsibilities\n\r\nFinancial Reporting & Consolidation\n\r\n\r\nOwn the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycle across the group\r\nProduce the consolidated group P&L, balance sheet and cash flow\r\nProduce SPV final accounts for each completed project\r\nDeliver clear, accurate management reporting to the CEO\r\n\r\nControls & Process\n\r\n\r\nOwn the internal control environment across Finance\r\nMaintain accounting policies aligned with IFRS and Cypriot requirements\r\nDesign and enforce approval workflows for payments, journals and intercompany transactions\r\nImprove close timelines, reconciliation discipline and reporting accuracy\r\n\r\nAudit - Group & SPVs\n\r\n\r\nOwn the relationship with external auditors\r\nLead the parent company audit end-to-end and oversee SPV audits\r\n·Maintain audit-ready records across all entities year-round\r\n\r\nBudgeting & Cost Control\n\r\n\r\nRun the annual budgeting process across the group\r\nDirect the Financial Analyst on budget build, consolidation and variance reporting\r\nReview Budget vs. Actual, escalate material variances and work with department heads on corrective action\r\n\r\nCash & Banking (operational)\n\r\n\r\nOwn weekly group cash reporting to the CEO\r\nManage day-to-day banking relationships and approve payment runs\r\nMonitor c","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107376/financial-controller/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107376/financial-controller/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Accounting, Finance","datePosted":"2026-07-06T13:58:17.000Z","deadline":"2026-09-04T16:58:17+03:00","createdAt":"2026-07-07T12:24:42.057Z","fingerprint":"5a2e800e1ba01a9d","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-07-07T12:24:41.342Z"}
