We’re developing Oxide: Survival Island, an immersive multiplayer survival shooter for mobile platforms, and we’re always looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us, contribute their creativity, and help shape the future of our games.\n\nWe are looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager, who will take full ownership of the UA strategy and execution, including building and scaling UA processes, managing performance marketing channels, and driving sustainable growth.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\n\r\n\r\nBuild and scale the User Acquisition process for our flagship game Oxide: Survival Island.\r\nPlan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, taking full hands-on responsibility.\r\nOwn campaign analytics: track performance and work with key metrics.\r\nDefine requirements and briefs for ad creatives and evaluate their performance.\r\nContinuously test new hypotheses, channels, and approaches to improve efficiency and scalability.\r\nPrepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders. \n\n\r\n\r\nWhat We Expect From You:\n\n\r\n\r\nSolid UA experience in mobile products - mobile games or applications (3+ years).\r\nExperience building UA processes from scratch.\r\nDeep understanding and experience with the USA and LATAM markets.\r\nExtensive experience with Google Ads, AppLovin, Meta, Unity Ads.\r\nStrong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and predictions.\r\nAbility to provide actionable feedback on ad creatives, including concepts, formats, and messaging.\r\nFluent English is a must; fluent Russian is a strong plus. \n\n\r\n\r\nWhat we offer:\n\n\r\n\r\nFull ownership of UA strategy and execution.\r\nRelocation support to Cyprus (Limassol), including visa and housing assistance (this is an on-site position).\r\nCompetitive salary.\r\nMonthly lunch all","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/108041/lead-user-acquisition-manager/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/108041/lead-user-acquisition-manager/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Gaming, Marketing - Advertising","datePosted":"2026-07-06T08:54:03.000Z","deadline":"2026-09-04T11:54:03+03:00","createdAt":"2026-07-07T12:20:53.858Z","fingerprint":"97b692956d073837","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-07-07T12:20:53.839Z"}
