If you enjoy analysing performance, testing new ideas, and driving measurable growth through paid media, this role gives you the freedom and responsibility to make a real impact.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPlan, set up, optimise, and manage paid media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms and channels.Monitor campaign performance daily and apply ongoing optimisations to improve ROI, CPA, and conversion volume.Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and delivery to ensure campaigns hit performance targets.Test and refine audiences, targeting strategies, creatives, and funnels to improve efficiency and scale.Analyse performance data and identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure creatives align with campaign objectives and platform best practices.Monitor tracking, attribution, and data accuracy; troubleshoot discrepancies or performance issues when needed.Prepare performance reports and clearly communicate results and insights to the internal team.Stay up to date with platform updates, new ad formats, and paid media best practices.What We’re Looking For\nMinimum 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience across paid advertising platforms for B2C online products, platforms and/or services.Individuals with experience developing media buying infrastructure and managing teams could be considered for a senior role.Experience managing campaigns using CPM, CPC, or CPA-based buying models.Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimisation techniques.Experience working with multiple ad formats (e.g. display, native, video, social).Solid understanding of tracking, pixels, and attribution, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.An analytical mindset","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107368/media-buyer/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107368/media-buyer/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Marketing - Advertising","datePosted":"2026-07-03T12:40:35.000Z","deadline":"2026-09-01T15:40:35+03:00","createdAt":"2026-07-07T12:18:46.960Z","fingerprint":"bd9fab820add1a41","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-07-07T12:18:46.941Z"}
