We value intelligence, problem-solving ability, willingness to learn, and excellent customer service skills above all else.\n\r\nResponsibilities:\n\r\nEnd-User IT Support\n\r\n· Provision, configure, and deploy laptops and workstations for employees.\n\r\n· Support users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.\n\r\n· Install and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates.\n\r\n· Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and productivity tools.\n\r\n· Provide onsite and remote support to employees.\n\r\nSmart Office Systems\n\r\n· Support and troubleshoot CCTV, Face Recognition and Access Control systems, Video Conferencing solutions\n\r\n· Routine morning systems checkup\n\r\n· Coordinate with vendors, service providers, our own expert team when necessary.\n\r\nDocumentation\n\r\n· Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and support activities\n\r\nRequired Skills & Qualities\n\r\n· Genuine interest in technology and learning new systems.\n\r\n· Good communication skills and professional customer service attitude.\n\r\n· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.\n\r\n· English proficiency, Russian- and Greek- abilities would be nice\n\r\n· Driving license and own car for extra mobility when needed\n\r\nTechnical Requirements\n\r\nExperience with some of the following is desirable:\n\r\n· Microsoft Windows administration.\n\r\n· Active Directory user management.\n\r\n· Laptop and desktop hardware support.\n\r\n· Basic networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).\n\r\n","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107308/system-administrator/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107308/system-administrator/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Information Technology","datePosted":"2026-07-02T12:32:51.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-31T15:32:51+03:00","createdAt":"2026-07-03T21:00:22.590Z","fingerprint":"a674e9626cf248de","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-07-03T21:00:22.570Z"}
