At current, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Head of Services to join bbf: care, our property management and client services division.\n\r\n\n\r\nThe successful Candidate will be the one who prioritizes full accountability for service quality, vendor relationships, and operational performance across the entire managed portfolio.\n\r\n \n\r\nLocation : Limassol\n\r\nReporting to : Head of bbf: care\n\r\nScope of Responsibility:\n\r\nThe Head of Services will own end-to-end delivery of the following services across all managed complexes:\n\r\n\r\nCleaning services - scheduling, quality control, supplier oversight; clear path to grow in-house extra-works revenue.\r\nGardening & landscaping - contractor management, seasonal programes.\r\nPest control - scheduled treatments, compliance, reporting.\r\nSecurity - access control, patrol services, incident management.\r\nInsurance & Claims - policy oversight, renewals, client liaison, and resolution.\r\n\r\nMain Tasks include:\n\r\nVendor & contract management\n\r\n\r\nManage and develop relationships with all outsource service providers,\r\nOwn contracts, SLAs, and KPIs; conduct regular performance reviews,\r\nIdentify and onboard best-in-class suppliers; negotiate competitive terms.\r\n\r\nOperational excellence\n\r\n\r\nSet and maintain quality standards across all service lines,\r\nConduct regular site inspections and produce structured management reports,\r\nResolve escalations promptly; build a culture of proactive problem-solving.\r\n\r\nFinancial ownership\n\r\n\r\nPrepare and manage annual service budgets; track actuals vs. plan,\r\nIdentify cost optimisation opportunities without compromising quality,\r\nDevelop in-house service capabilities where commercially justified.\r\n\r\nStrategic contribution\n\r\n\r\nWork closely wi","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107231/head-of-services/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107231/head-of-services/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Construction, Real Estate - Property","datePosted":"2026-07-01T13:35:53.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-30T16:35:53+03:00","createdAt":"2026-07-03T20:56:20.988Z","fingerprint":"0aa8a3f846b3449c","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-07-03T20:56:20.970Z"}
