Working in an Agile environment, the successful candidate will facilitate delivery by guiding cross-functional teams in the adoption of Scrum practices, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, servant leadership, and team dynamics, with a focus on fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
