He is responsible for assisting towards the smooth operation of the Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Department.\n\r\nKey Position Accountabilities\n\r\nThe Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Officer is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:\n\r\n· Coordinating visit requests from Suppliers\n\r\n· Providing Administrative Assistance to the Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Manager.\n\r\n· Participating in undertaking and executing special tasks/projects as requested by the Man-agement\n\r\n· Maintaining the Department filing systems\n\r\n· Maintaining a customer complaints log\n\r\n· Maintain database of contracted Supplier’s details (incl. Supplier Request Form)\n\r\n· Maintain a database of evaluations received from Members on contracted Suppliers\n\r\n· Ensuring that all Member and Supplier agreements are filed, archived and available at all times\n\r\n· Maintain Department Working List with updated information on all Mem-bers/Clients/vessels/contracts.\n\r\n· Responsible for collecting all fleet changes of Members and submit to Strategic Procure-ment & Supply Chain Manager for further action.\n\r\n· Ensuring that the vessels information and fleet lists of Members are kept updated and circu-lated to relevant parties\n\r\n· Ensuring distribution lists are up to date and available at all times\n\r\n· Assist Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Manager in preparing all tender documents, ensuring inclusion of anti-bribery and compliance clauses in line with GENPRO’s ABMS and Supplier Code of Conduct.\n\r\n· Take and distribute minutes of meetings\n\r\n· Support statistics and analysis related to contract utilization and supplier performance\n\r\n· Collect, develop, analyze and report statistical data to Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Manager reflecting a","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107791/strategic-procurement-supply-chain-officer/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107791/strategic-procurement-supply-chain-officer/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Administration - Clerical, Finance, Transport - Logistics","datePosted":"2026-07-01T08:11:31.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-30T11:11:31+03:00","createdAt":"2026-07-03T20:55:41.564Z","fingerprint":"7cb8e80f5e01caf4","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-07-03T20:55:41.545Z"}
