Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join us in Limassol.\n\r\nMain tasks and responsibilities:\n\r\n\r\nPrepare monthly management accounts for operating companies, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.\r\nSupport group consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and reporting pack preparation.\r\nAssist in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles across assigned entities.\r\nAnalyse actual vs. budget/forecast variances and provide clear commentary for management review.\r\nMaintain and update financial reporting templates and consolidation workbooks.\r\nLiaise with Directors of each business unit to resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency of reported figures.\r\nSupport the implementation of process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity.\r\nAssist in maintaining key financial controls and flagging exceptions for senior review.\r\n\r\nRequirements for the position:\n\r\n\r\nA minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar financial analyst role or audit experience with a Big Four Audit Firm.\r\nIndustry experience as a Financial Analyst or within FP&A is advantageous.\r\nACCA or ACA member.\r\nStrong understanding of financial statements and accounting under Cypriot legislation.\r\nAdvance Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data modelling.\r\nExperience with accounting software; SAP Business One is preferable.\r\nExcellent command of Greek and English\r\nStrong analytical and communication skills.\r\n\r\n \n\r\nAt bbf:, our values shape everything we do.\n\r\nWe are sharp in our thinking, creative in our approach, and emotionally intelligent in how we connect with others.
