This role is responsible for managing ongoing communications, including email correspondence, updating fund statuses, and ensuring accurate and timely information flow from fund managers. A core part of the role involves using Albourne’s proprietary manager portal to streamline communication and maintain up-to-date, high-quality data on Private Markets funds, supporting the needs of both Albourne and its clients.\n\r\nInsights to the Role\n\r\nResponsible for monitoring the communication to assigned Funds. Expected to perform the following tasks:\n\r\nFund Communication \n\r\n\r\nTasks:\r\nWork with Portfolio Reporting analysts and other client-facing teams to understand key deliverables.\r\nEstablishing data room/portal access with fund managers.\r\nCollaborate with the Asset Class Reporting analyst on data received from fund managers.\r\nCoordinate with fund managers on client requirements.\r\nFoster knowledge transfer within the company by working closely with other investment analysts.\r\nCapture relevant fund status updates to ensure client deliverables are met.\r\n\r\nEmail and Document Management:\n\r\n\r\nManage email communication across client requests.\r\nCoordinate dual fund requests across multiple client requirements.\r\nManage and store fund communication in the database, updating the status a needed.\r\nConduct an initial review of received data for accuracy.\r\n\r\nData Processing and Updating:\n\r\n\r\nMaintain tools and inter","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107026/client-liaison-associate-analyst/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107026/client-liaison-associate-analyst/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Finance","datePosted":"2026-06-29T14:06:44.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-28T17:06:44+03:00","createdAt":"2026-07-03T20:55:35.897Z","fingerprint":"ab54c887a5eb7337","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-07-03T20:55:35.877Z"}
