The successful candidate will provide day-to-day legal and administrative support across a range of corporate, commercial, and operational matters, ensuring compliance and assisting in the smooth functioning of legal processes within the company.\n\r\nLocation: Pafos\n\r\nMain Responsibilities: \n\r\n\r\nAssist in the drafting, reviewing, and formatting of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents\r\nSupport the preparation and management of corporate documentation and filings\r\nMaintain and organize legal records, contracts, and internal legal databases\r\nLiaise with external legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and internal departments as required\r\nSupport due diligence processes, submit applications to immigration department and legal research tasks\r\nMonitor contract deadlines, renewals, and obligations\r\nProvide general administrative support to the legal/compliance function\r\nAssist in resolving routine legal queries from internal stakeholders\r\n\r\nNecessary requirements:\n\r\n\r\nDegree in Law or relevant legal qualification (or equivalent experience as a paralegal/legal executive)\r\nPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred\r\nStrong understanding of basic legal principles and contract law\r\nExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills\r\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\r\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team\r\nProfessional discretion and ability to handle confidential information\r\n\r\nAre you a passionate and strategic professional looking for your next challenge?
