The ideal candidate will have excellent command of spoken and written English and Greek, with previous experience in the property management industry.\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\n\r\n• Plan and manage property operating budgets, monitor income and expenses, and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly spreadsheet reports.\n\r\n• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on agreed action points.\n\r\n• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate works and ensure timely completion of projects.\n\r\n• Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of maintenance and construction works carried out by contractors, and verify required insurance certificates.\n\r\n• Maintain organised records and files relating to contracts, quotations, delivery notes, property documents, and contractor invoices, ensuring accurate payments and confirmation of goods/services received as ordered.\n\r\n• Supervise contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure services and works are completed to the required standards.\n\r\n• Verify the accuracy of invoices prior to approval and payment.\n\r\n• Assist with other operational projects and duties as assigned.\n\r\nRequirements:\n\r\n• Previous experience in property management operations and reporting, ideally with exposure to finance-related functions.\n\r\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\r\n• Strong organisational and time management skills.\n\r\n• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.\n\r\n• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.\n\r\n• Valid driving licence required.\n\r\nAn excellent remuneration package is available depending on qualifications and experience.\n\r\n\r\nNot what you are looking for?
