{"id":24399,"title":"Regulatory Compliance Manager","company":"Unlimit","location":"Limassol","description":"About the role\r\nWe are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our Global Compliance team in Limassol.\n\r\nThe Global Compliance team ensures that the institution operates in line with applicable regulatory requirements and maintains a strong compliance culture across the business.\n\r\nThe team is responsible for internal policies, procedures and controls, regulatory monitoring, implementation of regulatory changes, complaint handling, regulatory reporting and compliance advisory support for business projects.\n\r\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, take ownership and translate regulatory requirements into practical business actions.\n\r\nKey responsibilities\r\n\r\nProvide regulatory compliance advice to internal teams on business initiatives, products, processes and projects;\r\nMonitor EU and Cyprus regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business;\r\nDraft, review and maintain internal policies, procedures, controls and compliance documentation;\r\nLead the implementation of regulatory changes across relevant teams;\r\nManage the end-to-end complaint handling process, including logging, investigation, resolution and reporting;\r\nSupport regulatory reporting, audits, inspections and information requests;\r\nWork closely with Legal, Risk, Operations, Product, Finance, Customer Support and other stakeholders;\r\nHelp embed compliance requirements into day-to-day business operations.\r\n\r\nRequirements\r\n\r\n2+ years of experience in a similar hands-on regulatory compliance role;\r\nExperience within a regulated European EMI / PSP;\r\nExperience with a licensed institution supervised by the Central Bank of Cyprus would be a strong advantage;\r\nStrong understanding of EU and Cyprus regulatory frameworks applicable to EMIs and PSPs, including PSD2;\r\nGood knowledge of AML/CFT, governance, risk management, DORA, operational resilience, outsourcing and third-party risk management;\r\nExperience drafting policies, procedures and regulatory documentation;\r\n","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107581/regulatory-compliance-manager/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107581/regulatory-compliance-manager/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Finance, Fintech, Forex","datePosted":"2026-06-26T14:47:48.000Z","deadline":"2026-07-26T00:00:00+03:00","createdAt":"2026-07-03T20:55:30.746Z","fingerprint":"b0bb9e0e0674e147","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-07-03T20:55:30.726Z"}
