You should be as comfortable reasoning about liquidity, market microstructure, and how products behave under stress as you are with the statistics underneath them. The questions are concrete: given a book of flow, what is the optimal way to hedge the part worth keeping? We expect the answer to come from a backtest, not an opinion.\n\r\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\r\nThis is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll set the research direction and the standard for a small, strong team, and work closely with a group of data analysts who turn questions into evidence - but you’ll also own the hardest modelling yourself and defend it when challenged.
