In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial planning and analysis function: driving reporting quality, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with teams across the business to ensure financial clarity and efficiency.\n\nTasks\n\n\r\n\r\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports including consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement)\r\nBuild and deliver presentations and financial performance dashboards for senior management and key stakeholders\r\nAnalyze financial data, identify variances, and provide meaningful commentary to support reporting and drive business efficiency\r\nAnalyze costs by line item and cost center; develop and maintain cost allocation methodologies\r\nPrepare and review journal entries for management reporting purposes\r\nBuild and maintain dashboards in BI tools in close collaboration with the Data Analytics team\r\nActively participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles\r\nContribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and automation initiatives\r\nWork closely with the Accounting team to ensure data accuracy and consistency between management and statutory reporting\r\nProvide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting support for management requests\n\n\r\n\r\nRequirements\n\n\r\n\r\nBachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field\r\n3+ years of experience in a similar FP&A role\r\nStrong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) and IFRS standards\r\nAdvanced Excel skills: complex financial models, pivot tables, formulas, and automation\r\nProficienc","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106945/lead-fp-a-analyst/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106945/lead-fp-a-analyst/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Finance, Information Technology","datePosted":"2026-06-25T10:01:41.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-24T13:01:41+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-26T19:28:42.401Z","fingerprint":"b2af94d0c463d451","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-26T19:28:42.384Z"}
