We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Delivery Manager to join our growing Integrations team at our office in Limassol, Cyprus.\n\nIn this role, you will be responsible for the process, status, delivery communication and coordination across the full lifecycle of integration-related tasks: from incoming client request through planning, execution, deployment and post-release follow-up.\n\nThis role is focused on delivery ownership, not technical ownership. You will keep work moving across teams, maintain visibility, manage dependencies and blockers, and make sure tasks are properly taken care of after deployment. Technical implementation, troubleshooting, estimation and technical decision-making remain with Developers and the Integrations TL.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\r\n\r\nOwn the end-to-end delivery process for integration-related tasks;\r\nDrive tasks from incoming request to production validation and post-release follow-up;\r\nAct as the main client contact for delivery-related topics, status updates and follow-up after UAT and PROD deploy;\r\nPlan timelines, coordinate handoffs and manage changes in delivery commitments;\r\nTrack dependencies, process blockers and delivery risks, and escalate when needed;\r\nCoordinate delivery across clients, developers, QA, DevOps, Support and external providers;\r\nMaintain delivery visibility through reporting, workflow transparency and process improvements.\n\n\r\n\r\nJob Requirements\n\n\r\n\r\n3+ years of experience in Delivery, Project, Operations or Service Delivery roles in a tech or fintech environment;\r\nStrong ownership of process, communication and coordination;\r\nAbility to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a structured way;\r\nAbility to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and strong client-facing communication skills;\r\nGood judgment on when to follow up, escalate, organise a sync or involve en","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106959/delivery-manager/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106959/delivery-manager/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Information Technology","datePosted":"2026-06-25T09:11:01.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-24T12:11:01+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-26T19:28:11.899Z","fingerprint":"ded075ee9459d71b","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-26T19:28:11.585Z"}
