The role involves assisting in financial planning, preparing financial statements, and conducting financial reports. You will perform financial analysis to support management decisions and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support company goals.\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\n\r\n\r\nProject Costs & Budgeting control in construction\r\nAnalysing variances on forecasted profits and expenses\r\nAllocating costs to categories\r\nGather data, validate and incorporate it into the project cost report\r\nProvide records to any change in scope/contract of work to be performed\r\nPrepare Cash out Flow and other Financial Projections\r\nDocument construction progress, identify, track and assist in resolution of construction issues/conflicts\r\n\r\nQualifications\n\r\n\r\nDegree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, QS, or related field\r\n1+ year of experience in cost control / finance / analytics\r\nStrong Excel skills\r\nGood attention to detail and analytical mindset\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities\r\nRussian — required\r\nEnglish — B2+\r\nExperience in construction is a plus\r\n\r\nWhat We Offer\n\r\n\r\nLong-term employment with a BCS-certified company\r\nInteresting tasks and diverse development projects\r\nBest office in Paphos\r\nModern international team\r\nOpportunities for professional growth\r\n\r\n\r\nNot what you are looking for?
