Strategy and Transactions offers a wide variety of services.\n\nThis role is for our Transaction Diligence Team that is responsible to assist businesses meet specific challenges, by identifying the key financial drivers of revenue and profitability, identifying value adjustments, improving deal structures, mitigating risks and questioning assumptions on future performance.
