Solutions Ltd is seeking Application Support Officers (On-Site) to provide day-to-day support for our applications at our clients' premises.\n\r\nWe are currently recruiting for two vacancies: one based in Larnaca and one based in Famagusta.\n\r\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\r\n\r\nProvide daily on-site support to users of the application\r\nAssist users with system navigation, processes, and correct usage\r\nHandle user questions, incidents, and support requests\r\nTroubleshoot application-related issues and provide timely resolutions\r\nEscalate technical or complex issues to Datatech’s internal teams and follow up accordingly\r\nIdentify recurring issues and communicate feedback for system improvement\r\nSupport user testing and validation activities when required\r\nKeep records of support requests, issues, and resolutions\r\nMaintain effective communication and a positive working relationship with client stakeholders\r\n\r\nRequirements\n\r\n\r\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\r\nBasic IT knowledge and familiarity with business applications\r\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\r\nAbility to understand and explain system-related issues clearly to users.\r\nComfortable working on-site at a client location on a full-time basis.\r\nGood organisational skills.\r\nPrevious experience in application support, IT support, customer support will be considered an advantage.\r\n\r\nWhat We Offer\n\r\n\r\nStarting annual gross salary €16.900, increasing to €18.200 u","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106780/application-support-officer/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106780/application-support-officer/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Information Technology","datePosted":"2026-06-23T10:16:35.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-22T13:16:35+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-26T19:23:14.701Z","fingerprint":"96f366672d05b314","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-26T19:23:14.684Z"}
