From FX and CFDs to precious metals, master an exciting world of wealth management tools.\n\nPosition Purpose: We are seeking a Spanish-speaking KYC Analyst to play a key role in supporting and enhancing the department’s operations, based in our Nicosia office.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\r\n\r\nKeep up to date with the prevailing AML regulatory framework;\r\nProcess KYC verification for potential and existing clients;\r\nPerform Due Diligence on new and existing clients;\r\nPeriodically review of the KYC documents of the clients as per the Company’s Compliance Policy to secure up-to-date documents;\r\nClient account handling – establishment, maintenance and closure;\r\nProcess Client Onboarding applications through the Company’s CRM;\r\nContact potential and existing clients to gather all the required documentation;\r\nCollaborate with Compliance, Front Office and AML departments;\r\nIdentify and enhance internal procedures;\r\nProvide regular reports to management regarding KPIs;\r\nResolving internal and external queries in a timely manner;\r\nAny other duty that may be assigned to the department by management; \n\n\r\n\r\nQualifications\n\n\r\n\r\nMandatory to Speak native Spanish;\r\nAt least 1 years previous experience in similar roles;\r\nStrong organizational skills and attention to details;\r\nBe able to perform with confidence under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;\r\nFluent in English.
