We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole.\n\nNow we look for a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our Analytics Team.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\n\r\n\r\nGenerate actionable insights to support Growth, Marketing, and Product teams in achieving business objectives;\r\nAnalyze user acquisition funnels, conversion paths, retention cohorts, and monetization performance;\r\nDesign, execute, and analyze A/B tests from hypothesis generation to final recommendations;\r\nDevelop and maintain core growth metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks;\r\nConduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and optimization areas;\r\nWork with large datasets using SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data;\r\nEvaluate marketing campaign performance across various acquisition channels, including paid advertising and affiliate traffic;\r\nAnalyze attribution models and user tracking systems to improve marketing efficiency and measurement accuracy;\r\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Growth Managers, Marketing teams, Data Scientists, and Engineers to support data-driven decision-making;\r\nParticipate in designing and validating tracking implementations, events, and analytics infrastructure.\n\n\r\n\r\nYou’ll thrive here if you have\n\n\r\n\r\n3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Marketing Analytics;\r\nAdvanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work efficiently with large datasets;\r\nStrong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and statistical research;\r\nSolid understanding of A/B testing methodology, experimentation frameworks, and statistical significance;\r\nHands-on experience analyzing product ","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106766/performance-marketing-analyst/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106766/performance-marketing-analyst/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Information Technology, Marketing - Advertising","datePosted":"2026-06-23T10:16:28.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-22T13:16:28+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-26T19:22:41.000Z","fingerprint":"786d11369dd9433d","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-26T19:22:40.983Z"}
