We're looking for a relationship manager to be the main point of contact for our clients, someone who builds trust, keeps things running smoothly, and makes sure every client feels looked after.\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\n\r\n\r\nOwn and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of live clients, serving as their trusted primary point of contact day-to-day\r\nDevelop a deep understanding of each client's business, transaction volumes, and payment performance to provide consultative, data-driven recommendations\r\nLead regular business reviews and strategic meetings with clients, tracking performance, gathering feedback, and aligning on goals\r\nHandle client escalations swiftly and professionally, coordinating across technical, product, operations, and support teams to drive resolution\r\nIdentify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with internal teams to match client needs with the right solutions\r\nOversee billing and financial queries for each account, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and early flagging of discrepancies\r\nAdvocate for client needs internally while balancing commercial and operational priorities\r\n\r\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\r\nExperience & Knowledge\n\r\n\r\n2+ years of experience in the fintech sector, with payment processing experience preferred.\r\nFluent in English, capable of managing communications and documents in both languages.
