The role supports the business by sourcing, attracting, and selecting the right talent while maintaining strong candidate and stakeholder relationships. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager Greece & Cyprus, and working closely with the Cyprus HRBP and operations team, the Specialist ensures alignment of recruitment activities with Brinks’ business objectives.
