We manage the full project lifecycle — from land acquisition to construction and delivery.\n\r\nWe are looking for a Cost Control Specialist/ Analyst to support cost control and financial performance across our construction projects.\n\r\nThis is a hands-on role focused on budgets, reporting, and working closely with project teams on active sites.\n\r\nWe are in Paphos.\n\r\n100% office.\n\r\nKey Responsibilities:\n\r\n• Project Costs & Budgeting control in construction\n\r\n• Analysing variances on forecasted profits and expenses\n\r\n• Allocating costs to categories\n\r\n• Gather data, validate and incorporate it into the project cost report\n\r\n• Provide records to any change in scope/contract of work to be performed\n\r\n• Prepare Cash out Flow and other Financial Projections\n\r\n• Document construction progress, identify, track and assist in resolution of construction issues/conflicts\n\r\n• Coordinate with Project Managers for cost report/control and ensure required information is properly coded and posted for Project Controls.\n\r\n• Working with the accounting department to ensure alignment/balance with financial statements and other financial/schedule reports.\n\r\n• Verifying contractors, subcontractors and suppliers invoices\n\r\n• Process and Control the Payment Schedule – Payment Approval Process\n\r\n• Communicating with stakeholders\n\r\nRequirements and Qualifications:\n\r\n\r\nDegree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, QS, or related field\r\n2+ years of experience in cost control / finance / analytics\r\nStrong Excel skills\r\nGood attention to detail and analytical mindset\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities\r\nRussian — required\r\nEnglish — B2+\r\nExperience in construction is a plus\r\n\r\nWhat We Offer\n\r\n\r\nLong-term employment with a BCS-certified company\r\nInteresting tasks and diverse development projects\r\nModern office in","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106678/cost-controller-construction/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106678/cost-controller-construction/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Accounting, Construction, Engineering, Finance","datePosted":"2026-06-22T10:02:50.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-21T13:02:50+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-26T19:19:29.602Z","fingerprint":"549c2137456ff3c9","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-26T19:19:29.584Z"}
