Ltd., a well-established ship management company based in Limassol, is seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join its Finance Department.\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\n\r\n\r\nMaintain accurate accounting records and general ledger accounts.\r\nPrepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.\r\nPerform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.\r\nProcess and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.\r\nAssist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit requirements.\r\nSupport budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.\r\nEnsure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.\r\nLiaise with auditors, banks, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.\r\nAssist with payroll and statutory reporting requirements when required.\r\n\r\nRequirements\n\r\n\r\nMinimum 5 years of accounting experience within the shipping industry, preferably in a ship management company.\r\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\r\nPartly qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.\r\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.\r\nExperience with accounting and ERP systems.\r\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\r\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\r\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.\r\nFluency in English; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.\r\n\r\nWhat We Offer\n\r\n\r\nCompetitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.\r\nProfessional and dynamic working environment.\r\nOpportunity for career growth within an expanding shipping organization.\r\n\r\n\r\nNot what you are looking for?
