If you’ve worked in construction or design and are ready to take the next step into project coordination - this opportunity is for you!\n\r\nResponsibilities:\n\r\n\r\nSupport project planning - help manage timelines, budgets, and resources from start to finish.\r\nAssist with design and permits -work with architects and engineers to prepare documents and ensure all approvals are in place.\r\nFollow up construction progress - visit sites, check that work is going smoothly and safely.\r\nCommunicate with all parties - talk to clients, suppliers, contractors, and authorities.\r\nSolve small problems before they grow - help manage risks and support smooth delivery.\r\nKeep project records up to date - assist in preparing reports and documentation.\r\n\r\nRequirements:\n\r\n\r\nEducation in Civil Engineering or Architecture.\r\nAt least 1 year of work experience in construction, design, or project coordination.\r\nOrganized, proactive, and a good communicator.\r\nSome knowledge of construction and permitting process.\r\nAbility to work on multiple tasks and follow deadlines.\r\nEnglish is a must, Greek is a plus.\r\nSkills in CAD, BIM, or project management software (like MS Project or Primavera) are a plus.\r\n\r\nWe offer:\n\r\n\r\nСompetitive salary\r\nCozy modern office in Paphos\r\nFriendly and professional international team\r\nOpportunities to learn and grow\r\n21 paid vacation days per year\r\n40 working hours of paid sick leave per year\r\nPublic holidays in line with Cyprus law\r\n\r\n\r\nNot what you are looking for?
