This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top‑tier corporate and regulated clients and contribute to a diverse range of tax engagements, from operational work to complex advisory projects in a fast-paced and supportive environment.\n\r\nWhat you will do:\n\r\n\r\n\r\nPrepare and review corporate and personal tax returns, tax computations and supporting schedules.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nConduct research on local and international tax legislation, circulars, double tax treaties and emerging tax developments.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical input on tax advisory projects, including restructurings, tax due diligence, tax risk assessments and cross-border tax matters.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nSupport tax audits by drafting responses, preparing analyses and liaising with relevant authorities.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nManage day-to-day delivery of assigned tax engagements, ensuring accuracy, high quality and timely completion.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nReview and mentor the work of Tax Consultants, providing guidance, constructive feedback and technical support.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nPrepare and deliver client presentations, proposals and tax updates.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nProfile of the ideal candidate\n\r\n\r\n\r\nUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Law or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree will be considered a plus.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nProfessional qualification in Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CPA) or Tax (ADIT) or currently pursuing one of these qualifications.\n\r\n\r\n\r\n3–6 years of relevant experience in tax within a professional services environment, exposure to international clients will be considered an advantage.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong technical knowledge of Cypriot tax legislation and ability to apply it accurately in client engagements.\n\r\n\r\n\r\nSolid analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\n\r\n\r\n\r","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106457/senior-tax-consultant-tax-department/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106457/senior-tax-consultant-tax-department/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Accounting, Finance","datePosted":"2026-06-18T08:16:07.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-17T11:16:07+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-26T17:08:25.906Z","fingerprint":"ce6e0f89a0dd889a","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-26T17:08:25.889Z"}
