The role centres on real-time monitoring of pricing, client trade flow, and the company's market exposure, applying risk management tools and controls to protect the firm while supporting fair execution for clients.\n\r\nKey Responsibilities\n\r\n\r\nMonitor pricing connectivity, client trade flow, and execution in real time, escalating issues to the Director where necessary.\r\nIdentify potential arbitrage or abusive trading behaviour and apply appropriate risk mitigation measures.\r\nMonitor the company's market exposure throughout the trading session and act within defined risk limits.\r\nSupport in performing risk assessments and evaluating the firm's market exposure.\r\nManage client trading risk using available tools and plugins (A-book/B-book classification, markups, swaps, commissions).\r\nSupport the preparation of quarterly and yearly CySEC reports (e.g. Quarterly Statistics / RBSF), providing dealing-desk data and exposure analysis.\r\nPrepare accurate, timely incident, issue, and action write-ups, and follow up with other departments through to closure.\r\nLiaise with Brokerage, Back Office, and IT on all aspects of client trading, execution, and platform issues.\r\nProvide market colour to the team, flagging potential risks and opportunities.\r\nAssist with the implementation of new risk frameworks, policies, and control standards.\r\nContribute to the continuous improvement of dealing desk procedures and monitoring systems.\r\n\r\nRequirements\n\r\n\r\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or a related field.\r\nCySEC Advanced certification\r\nAt least 3 years' relevant experience in a dealing/risk role within a Market Maker broker.\r\nExcellent knowledge of the MT4 and MT5 platforms, including manager/admin tools.\r\nHands-on experience with tools for managing client trading risk.\r\nKnowledge on Bridge Systems.\r\nStrong understanding of the CFDs and crypto markets.\r\nUp to date with cur","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107159/senior-dealer/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/107159/senior-dealer/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Finance, Fintech, Forex","datePosted":"2026-06-18T07:44:46.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-17T10:44:46+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-26T17:06:32.906Z","fingerprint":"c7d40c164f4d8494","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-26T17:06:32.890Z"}
