As our Audit Department continues to grow, we are looking to recruit a motivated and commercially minded Semi-Senior Auditor to take on greater responsibility and build a rewarding career within our team.\n\r\nTHE ROLE\n\r\nReporting to the Senior Auditor or Audit Manager, you will take ownership of a range of audit engagements for local and international clients from planning through to completion. You will apply your developing technical knowledge of ISAs and IFRS, engage directly with clients, and contribute to the quality and efficiency of our audit practice — all within a supportive environment designed to accelerate your path to full qualification.\n\r\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\r\n\r\nPlan, execute and complete statutory audit engagements for local and international clients in accordance with ISAs, with increasing autonomy.\r\nPrepare comprehensive audit working papers and documentation to the required professional standard.\r\nDevelop a sound understanding of each client's business, identify risk areas, and plan audit work accordingly.\r\nLiaise directly with clients during fieldwork to gather audit evidence, resolve queries, and maintain professional relationships.\r\nPrepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS.\r\nAssist with the preparation of tax computations and corporate/personal tax returns.\r\nCommunicate audit findings, observations, and any issues identified to the Senior Auditor or Audit Manager.\r\nAssist other departments (accounting, payroll) with tax and technical matters as required.\r\nUndertake any other duties assigned by management in line with business needs.\r\n\r\nREQUIREMENTS\n\r\nEssential\n\r\n\r\nUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related disciplin","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106430/semi-senior-auditor/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106430/semi-senior-auditor/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Accounting, Finance","datePosted":"2026-06-17T07:32:21.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-16T10:32:21+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-26T17:05:42.705Z","fingerprint":"5a7cbd272d91017f","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-26T17:05:42.491Z"}
