As a Support Associate (ROHM), you will be responsible for the installation, support, and maintenance of physical IT equipment used in client&rsquo;s stores and offices. You will work closely with other support teams to ensure that hardware-related issues are resolved efficiently and that store operations remain uninterrupted.\n\r\nResponsibilities:\n\r\n\r\nInstall, replace, and support retail hardware such as POS peripherals, printers, scanners, scales, and timecards.\r\nProvide on-site and remote hardware support for client&rsquo;s stores and offices.\r\nAssist with hardware preparation and deployment for new store openings and store renovations.\r\nTroubleshoot hardware-related incidents and ensure timely resolution through the Helpdesk system.\r\nMaintain accurate records of hardware assets, replacements, and interventions.\r\nCoordinate with internal IT teams and approved vendors for hardware-related activities when required.\r\nEnsure all work is documented clearly and follows defined support processes and escalation paths.\r\n\r\nRequirements:\n\r\n\r\nDegree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience).\r\nExperience in IT support or hardware-focused technical roles.\r\nGood understanding of computer hardware, peripherals (understanding of retail IT equipment is a plus).\r\nAbility to work in store environments and perform hands-on technical tasks.\r\nFamiliarity with ticketing or helpdesk systems.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to technical issues.\r\nFluent in both English and Greek.\r\n\r\nWorking Model:\n\r\nParticipation in the IT Support on-call/s","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106518/support-technician/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106518/support-technician/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Information Technology, Installation - Maintenance - Repair","datePosted":"2026-06-17T07:30:32.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-16T10:30:32+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-26T17:04:52.805Z","fingerprint":"0f27b9e63757c816","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-26T17:04:52.590Z"}
