As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic PPC Specialist to join our team.\n\nYour role at HFM:\n\n\r\n\r\nPlan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.\r\nConduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing to maximize CTR and conversions.\r\nOptimize campaigns daily to achieve target KPIs (CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Registrations, Activations etc).\r\nMonitor and report on performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.\r\nCollaborate with the performance and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.\r\nStay up to date with new ad formats, trends, and best practices in paid search and digital marketing.\r\nPlan and analyse A/B tests to improve key marketing KPIs. \n\n\r\n\r\nRequirements\n\n\r\n\r\n2+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads & Bing Ads required).\r\nBSc/MSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field.\r\nUse tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Keyword Planner and other available tools to deliver insightful performance reports.\r\nSolid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and data-driven decision-making.\r\nExperience with bidding strategies and campaign optimization.\r\nExperience in the financial, fintech, or FX services industry is an advantage.\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\r\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and work efficiently under pressure.\r\nStrong ability to analyse marketing performance, interpret complex data sets, and provide clear insights.\r\nAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting. \n\n\r\n\r\nNice to have:\n\n\r\n\r\nGoogle Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications. \n\n\r\n\r\nBenefits\n\n\r\n\r\nHybrid Work Model (2 days","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106483/ppc-specialist/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106483/ppc-specialist/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Forex, Marketing - Advertising","datePosted":"2026-06-17T07:28:23.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-16T10:28:23+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-26T17:04:13.006Z","fingerprint":"c7a61eedeeac8400","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-26T17:04:12.990Z"}
