As we continue to expand and develop our own platform ecosystem, payments remain one of the most critical functions of our business.\n\r\nWe are looking for a commercially minded Head of Payments who can take ownership of our global payments strategy, strengthen our PSP network, optimise performance across markets, and support the company’s next stage of growth.\n\r\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\r\n\r\nDefine and execute the payments strategy across multiple brands, markets and licenses.\r\nOwn relationships with PSPs, acquirers, payment gateways and alternative payment providers.\r\nNegotiate commercial agreements, processing fees, rolling reserves, settlement terms and onboarding conditions.\r\nContinuously improve approval rates, conversion, payment acceptance and overall processing performance.\r\nEvaluate, onboard and manage new payment providers and payment methods across different GEOs.\r\nWork closely with Compliance, Risk, Fraud, Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth and compliant payment flows.\r\nMonitor payment KPIs, chargebacks, fraud levels, reserves and processing costs.\r\nSupport market expansion initiatives by identifying and implementing suitable payment solutions for new jurisdictions.\r\nLeverage your existing network within the payments ecosystem to accelerate partnerships and commercial opportunities.\n\n\r\n\r\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\r\n\r\n5+ years of experience in Payments, including significant experience within the iGaming industry.\r\nExperience working directly for an iGaming operator, sportsbook, casino or gaming platform.\r\nStrong understanding of PSP management, acquiring, payment orchestration, settlements and reconciliation processes.\r\nProven experience negotiating commercial agreements with payment providers.\r\nEstablished network of PSPs, payment partners and industry contacts.\r\nExperience working across multiple international","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106441/head-of-payments/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106441/head-of-payments/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Executive - Management, Fintech, Forex","datePosted":"2026-06-17T07:27:28.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-16T10:27:28+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-26T17:04:00.207Z","fingerprint":"6a1b98e3d8839831","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-26T17:04:00.190Z"}
