You will ensure seamless transaction flows, maintain strong communication with global payment service providers (PSPs), and manage live routing and balance monitoring to support our continuous business operations.\n\nYour role at HFM:\n\n\r\n\r\nActively monitor all communication channels with payment providers to ensure swift response times and operational continuity.\r\nAssist in investigating and resolving complex transaction enquiries and payment discrepancies.\r\nKeep a close eye on PSP performance metrics and track scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.\r\nDynamically enable or disable payment gateways and handle urgent PSP-related configurations during afternoon and overnight shifts.\r\nMaintain strict monitoring of PSP account balances and coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders for timely balance replenishments. \n\n\r\n\r\nRequirements\n\n\r\n\r\n2+ years of experience within the Forex / FinTech industry, specifically within a Back Office or Payment Operations role.\r\nSolid understanding of how payment gateways, PSPs, and online transaction flows operate.\r\nAn exceptional eye for detail combined with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\r\nFull willingness and flexibility to work late afternoon and overnight rotational shifts.\r\nAn energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and can work independently under minimal supervision.\r\nStrong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with external providers ","salary":null,"skills":[],"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106369/psp-monitoring-officer/","source":"cypruswork","sources":[{"url":"https://www.cypruswork.com/job/106369/psp-monitoring-officer/","source":"cypruswork"}],"qualifications":[],"scaleGrade":null,"employmentType":"Full Time","industry":"Accounting, Finance, Forex","datePosted":"2026-06-16T13:29:34.000Z","deadline":"2026-08-15T16:29:34+03:00","createdAt":"2026-06-26T17:02:30.107Z","fingerprint":"6cbe2f7717cec374","status":"active","lastSeenAt":"2026-06-26T17:02:29.490Z"}
